Auction of General and Vehicles Scrap at Water Supply and Sanitation Peshawar

Water Supply and Sanitation Peshawar (WSSP) is offering an open auction for disposal of general and vehicles scrap located at various zones in Peshawar. This auction is a valuable opportunity for suppliers and contractors interested in acquiring scrap materials on an 'AS IS WHERE IT IS' basis. The auction will be held on August 5, 2026, at specified times and locations within WSSP premises. Items being procured: - General Scrap placed at Zone-D Store - Vehicles Scrap of Zone-B & Zone-C including tires, batteries, and other vehicle parts The auction lots are divided as follows: Lot 1 covers 50,000 used water supply items at WSSP Zone D parking yard near Prime Hospital, Warsak Road, Peshawar. Lot 2 includes vehicles scrap from Zone B and Zone C parking yards at the same location. Interested bidders must inspect the scrap at the designated locations before the auction date to assess the condition and quantity. Bidders are required to submit a call deposit as bid security in the name of 'WSSP Contract's Securities' at Bank of Khyber, Phase–III Chowk Hayatabad, with the provided IBAN. Along with the deposit, a copy of CNIC and contact details must be submitted before the auction date. Only call deposits will be accepted as security. The highest bidder must deposit one-fourth of the bid amount on the auction day via demand draft, CDR, or cash deposit to the WSSP bank account. Failure to do so will result in bid cancellation and forfeiture of the security amount. The remaining bid amount must be paid within seven days of bid approval. The successful bidder is responsible for immediate collection of the auctioned scrap and must clear the site within 10-15 working days to avoid penalties. All security and safety measures for the scrap after auction are the responsibility of the successful bidder. WSSP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with valid reasons. This auction is managed by the General Manager (HR/Admin/Procurement) at WSSP, Local Government Complex, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Interested parties should note the importance of timely submission of Earnest Money and proper documentation.
