AUCTION: Gold Ornaments Unclaimed at U Microfinance Bank Branches Islamabad and Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. U Microfinance Bank Limited is conducting an open auction of unclaimed gold ornaments that have been pledged as collateral against loans at various branches in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This auction is being held in accordance with the bank's policy for disposal of unredeemed pledged items after the expiry of the stipulated period. Interested bidders are invited to participate in the auction, which will take place at the bank's head office in Islamabad. Items being auctioned: - Gold ornaments pledged by Muhammad Shahid Ali, U Microfinance Bank, G-8/4 Branch, Islamabad - Gold ornaments pledged by Maryam Bibi, U Microfinance Bank, G-8/4 Branch, Islamabad - Gold ornaments pledged by Rafi Ullah, U Microfinance Bank, G-8/4 Branch, Islamabad - Gold ornaments pledged by Muhammad Shahid, U Microfinance Bank, Rawalpindi Branch - Gold ornaments pledged by Muhammad Riaz, U Microfinance Bank, Rawalpindi Branch The auction will be held on 4th December 2026 at 11:00 AM at the U Microfinance Bank Head Office, G-8/4, Islamabad. All interested parties are required to bring their original CNIC and deposit a refundable earnest money as per the bank's terms and conditions. The gold ornaments can be inspected prior to the auction date during office hours. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the required earnest money will be allowed to participate in the bidding process. A practical tip for bidders: Arrive early on the auction day to complete the registration process and inspect the gold items thoroughly before bidding, as all sales will be final and on an as-is-where-is basis.
