AUCTION: Disposal of Honda City 1.2 LT and Toyota Yaris GLI 1.3 Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Security Papers Limited, based in Karachi, is inviting sealed bids for the auction of two company vehicles on an as is where is basis. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire used vehicles directly from a reputable organization. The vehicles being offered are as follows: - Honda City 1.2 LT, Registration SZF 101, Earnest Money: Rs 30,000 - Toyota Yaris GLI 1.3, Registration BDY 961, Earnest Money: Rs 30,000 Both vehicles are available for inspection at the company premises. Bidders must submit their offers using the prescribed tender forms, which can be obtained from the Security Papers Limited office at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday. The tender form fee is Rs 1,000 (non-refundable), and each bid must be accompanied by the specified refundable earnest money in the form of a pay order or demand draft. The deadline for submission of bids is 3:00 p.m. on 3rd September 2026, with the auction opening at 3:30 p.m. the same day. Only bids received before the deadline and accompanied by the required earnest money will be considered. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. In case the auction date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the vehicles in person and ensure all documentation is complete before submission. This will help avoid disqualification due to incomplete paperwork or missing earnest money.
