Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Punjab Small Industries Corporation is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of several industrial plots located at Small Industrial Estate, Sahiwal. This public auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire leasehold rights for prime industrial land in a well-established estate. The auction will be held on 13 December 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Regional Office, Sahiwal.
Items being auctioned:
- Plot No. 88-C (Area: 26.62 Marla, Reserve Price: PKR 1,100,000, Quantity: 1)
- Plot No. 89-C (Area: 22.978 Marla, Reserve Price: PKR 1,210,000, Quantity: 1)
- Plot No. 91-C, 92-C, 93-C (Combined Area: 20 Marla each, Reserve Price: PKR 1,166,000, Quantity: 3)
- Plot No. 176-B (Area: 66.82 Marla, Reserve Price: PKR 1,100,000, Quantity: 1)
All plots are situated within the Small Industrial Estate, Sahiwal, and are suitable for a variety of industrial and manufacturing activities. The successful bidders will be granted lease rights as per the terms and conditions set by the Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Bidders must be Pakistani nationals or registered companies and are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 50 percent of the reserve price for each plot they wish to bid on. The earnest money must be deposited via pay order in favor of Punjab Small Industries Corporation.

The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 1 December 2026. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
