AUCTION: Khewra Parking Sites, Slaughterhouse, and Vegetable Market Lease Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Khewra invites open auction bids for the lease rights of various municipal income contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 26 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Khewra. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive process to secure the rights for the following sites and services: Items being auctioned: - Adda Parking Khewra (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,907,500, Earnest Money: Rs. 290,750, Lease Period: 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027) - Slaughterhouse (Reserve Price: Rs. 294,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 29,400, Lease Period: 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027) - Vegetable Market and Cattle Market Khewra (Reserve Price: Rs. 82,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 8,200, Lease Period: 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the above municipal facilities for the specified period. Bidders must ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and are responsible for the collection of fees and maintenance of the sites during the lease term. Eligibility criteria require that participants must not be defaulters of the Municipal Committee Khewra and must provide valid CNIC and NTN certificates. Earnest money, as specified above for each lot, must be deposited in the form of a CDR or pay order in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Khewra. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 60% of the annual lease amount within 10 days of the auction, with the remaining 40% payable in two equal installments. The deadline for participation is 26 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction will be conducted at the Municipal Committee Khewra office.
