Auction of Land for Cultivation / Agriculture Purpose at Plot No. 53 Portion P&V Scheme No. III, Kahuta Road Islamabad

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Islamabad invites bids for the auction of a land plot measuring 9722 square yards (02 acres) located at Plot No 53 (Portion), P&V Scheme III, Kahuta Road, Islamabad. This land is being offered for agricultural use by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) through an open auction to the highest bidder. The reserve price for the subject plot is Rs. 105,000/- per acre per annum for a term of 05 five years with an option to be renewed for a further term of 05 years on the written request of the lessee six months before expiry of the initial term. The auction process requires bidders to submit earnest money of Rs. 20,000/- which will be adjusted against the annual rent. The highest bidder will be declared the successful bidder after depositing the bid amount and applicable taxes immediately. The successful bidder must also deposit an additional amount equivalent to one-fifth of the lease amount as advance rent within 15 days of the auction. The lease agreement will be executed on prescribed terms and conditions, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all payments and compliance.
