AUCTION: Lease Rights for Recreational Areas, Padbol Courts, and LED/SMD Display Boards at Circular Satellite Town Bahawalpur

Parks and Horticulture Authority Bahawalpur invites sealed bids for the lease rights of various recreational areas, padbol courts, and LED/SMD display boards located at Circular Satellite Town, Bahawalpur. This auction is being conducted under a BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) model for a period of three years, with the aim of enhancing recreational and advertising facilities in the city. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive opportunity to operate and manage these sites. Items being auctioned: - Recreational Areas (15 lots): Each with sitting area (150 sq ft), hall (144 sq ft), and open space (294 sq ft), annual reserve price Rs. 36,000 per lot - Padbol Courts (4 lots): Each with padbol court (4344-7200 sq ft), sitting area (150 sq ft), hall (144 sq ft), annual reserve price Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 120,000 per lot - LED/SMD Display Boards (9 lots): Sizes range from 10x8 ft to 10x20 ft, annual reserve price Rs. 42,000 to Rs. 720,000 per board Each lot has a specified earnest money requirement (Rs. 2,000 per lot) and a 10% security deposit of the annual reserve price. The successful bidder will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the leased property or advertising board for the contract period. All taxes, utility charges, and regulatory approvals will be the responsibility of the lessee. Eligibility criteria include submission of CDR/pay order for earnest money, valid CNIC, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined by the Parks and Horticulture Authority. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government department. The auction will be held on 26 September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the APS School Satellite Town Bahawalpur.
