AUCTION: Lease Rights of Municipal Committee Bhakkar Parking Stands and Shops 2026-27

Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Bhakkar Parking Stand (Annual Lease Value: Rs. 5,62,500, Reserve Price: Rs. 55,250) - Mini Bus Stand Bhakkar Parking Stand (Annual Lease Value: Rs. 72,900, Reserve Price: Rs. 7,290) - Cycle Stand (Annual Lease Value: Rs. 42,000, Reserve Price: Rs. 4,200) - Shop at General Bus Stand Bhakkar (Annual Lease Value: Not specified, Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000) The technical scope includes the management and operation of parking stands and shops as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting parking fees and maintaining order at the designated sites. All interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money (Pay Order/CDR) equivalent to 10% of the annual lease value for each lot they wish to bid on.
