Items being auctioned: - Petrol Pump Site, Block K, LDA Avenue 1 (Reserve Price: Rs. 9,600,000) - Plot Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, Block D, LDA Avenue 1 (Reserve Price: Rs. 17,000,000) - Plot No. 192, Block F, Chandrai Road, Central Park Housing Society, Ferozepur Road (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000) - Plot Nos. 624, 625 (C2-37), Block D, Gujjarpura (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000) - 7 C FTC, Main Johar Town Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 18,000,000) - Plot No. 1, Block D, Sabzazar (Reserve Price: Rs. 8,000,000) - Plot No. 2, Block D, Sabzazar (Reserve Price: Rs. 8,000,000) - Plot No. 3, Block D, Sabzazar (Reserve Price: Rs. 6,500,000) - Parking Floors Park and Ride Plaza, Civic Center, Allama Iqbal Town (Reserve Price: Rs. 13,000,000) - School Canteens at six locations: Allama Iqbal Town (Boys & Girls), Gulshan-e-Ravi (Girls), Gulshan-e-Ravi (Boys & Girls) (Reserve Price: Rs. 950,000 to Rs. 600,000 per site) Each lot includes details such as area (sq. ft.), location, and reserve price. The auction also features several public building plots, constructed buildings, and commercial sites with varying reserve prices, ranging from Rs. 850,000 to Rs. 44,000,000. Interested bidders must submit earnest money as specified for each lot, along with valid CNIC and proof of financial capability. Participation is open to individuals, firms, and companies registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The auction will be held at the LDA Community Center, 467-D/II, Main Boulevard, Johar Town, Lahore, on 3rd November 2026 at 10:00 AM sharp.
