Auction of Lease Rights for Establishment and Operation of Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport

The lease period is 30 years, extendable for another 20 years upon mutual consent, following the PAA Land Lease Policy 2019. The sites will be leased on an "as is, where it is" basis. Eligibility criteria specify that only valid Master Franchises and Sub-Franchises with international brand presence can bid for plots A, B, C, and E, while only Pakistani food brands are eligible for plot D. Defaulters of PAA and blacklisted companies are barred from participation. Bidders must submit two copies of their CNIC along with a non-refundable auction participation fee of PKR 10,000 and earnest money in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.
