Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Estate Office Management Peshawar, under the Government of Pakistan and Ministry of Housing & Works, invites bids for the auction of a shop located at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar. This auction is conducted under the shop Rental Policy 2017 for an initial period of three years on a monthly rent basis. The auction committee will hold the event at the office of the Assistant Director Estate Office, Peshawar on 14-09-2026 at 11:00 AM.
Items being auctioned:
- Shop situated at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari Peshawar (01 shop)
The proposed market-based rent for the shop is Rs. 6,750 per month. Interested participants must submit a token money of Rs. 25,000, refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for the successful bidder. Payments should be made in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer Estate Office Management, Peshawar via pay order or demand draft payable in Peshawar. Estate Office employees or contractors are not eligible to participate.
Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents must be delivered to the Estate Office before 11:00 AM on 14-09-2026. Late bids will not be entertained. The auction will start at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent for one year within 10 days and three months settled rent as security after approval. The lease agreement terms and conditions will be strictly enforced.
For further information, bidding documents, and terms and conditions, interested parties may contact the Assistant Director Estate Office Peshawar during working hours. Payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) is required for bidding documents.
