Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Estate Office Peshawar, under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for leasing a shop located at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar. The lease is initially for a period of three years on a monthly rent basis as per the shop Rental Policy 2017. The auction will be conducted under the supervision of the auction committee at the office of the Assistant Director Estate Office, Peshawar, on 19-08-2026 at 11:00 AM.
Items being auctioned:
- Shop situated at Federal Colony, Hassan Ghari, Peshawar (01 shop)
The proposed market-based rent for the shop is Rs. 6,750/- per month. Participants must submit Rs. 25,000/- as token money, refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for the successful bidder. Payment should be made in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer Estate Office Management, Peshawar, via pay order or demand draft payable in Peshawar. Estate Office employees and contractors are not eligible to participate.
Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents must be delivered to the Estate Office Peshawar by 11:00 AM on the auction date. Late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent for one year within 10 days and three months settled rent as security after approval. Detailed terms and conditions are available from the Assistant Director Estate Office Management during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable).
