AUCTION: Marked Trees from Compartment 15 and 22, Bhogarmang Forest Division

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Bhogarmang Forest Division is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction of marked trees from Compartment 15 and Compartment 22 under the jurisdiction of JFMC Bhogarmang. This auction provides an opportunity for timber merchants and other eligible bidders to acquire felled trees from the specified forest compartments. The auction will be conducted for the following lots: - Compartment 15, Bhogarmang: 271 trees (Lot No. 105732CTF) - Compartment 22, Bhogarmang: 466 trees (Lot No. 125810CTF) - Total: 737 trees All trees have been marked and are available for inspection at the designated forest sites. The auction will be held on 24/08/2026, and interested bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money deposit of 200000 Rupees in the name of the JFMC Chairman along with their bid documents. Only those who deposit the required Earnest Money will be eligible to participate in the bidding process. Bidders are advised to thoroughly inspect the lots and verify the quantity and quality of timber before the auction date. The auction will be conducted at the Bhogarmang Forest Division office, and all bids must be submitted in person as per the instructions provided in the notice. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all forest department regulations regarding the extraction and transportation of timber.
