AUCTION: Market Committee Mamukanjan Annual Fee Collection Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Mamukanjan invites sealed bids for the auction of annual fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted as per the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act and relevant rules. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction, which will be held at the committee office on 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect market fees for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Annual fee collection rights for Market Committee Mamukanjan (Reserve Price: Rs. 12,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,200,000, Registration Fee: Rs. 30,000) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect all applicable market fees from traders and vendors within the jurisdiction of Market Committee Mamukanjan for the entire financial year. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani individuals and firms who fulfill the following requirements: submission of a written application by 31-08-2026, provision of valid CNIC, submission of the prescribed registration fee and earnest money in the form of pay order or CDR, and compliance with all terms and conditions set by the committee. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount as per the schedule outlined in the notice. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Market Committee Mamukanjan by the deadline. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is advisable to ensure all documents, especially the earnest money and registration fee, are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues. Participation in the auction is subject to the rules and regulations of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act.
