Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Timergara Parking and Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,800,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 480,000) - Vegetable Market Timergara Parking and Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,800,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 380,000) - Vegetable Market Balambat Parking and Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,700,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 270,000) - Vegetable Market Khall Parking and Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,400,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 140,000) - Vegetable Market Lal Qila Parking and Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 400,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 50,000) Each lot is offered for a one-year period, and the successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection as per the terms of the Market Committee. Bidders must submit a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price as earnest money along with their bid. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be considered. The auction will be held on 27-08-2026 at 12:00 PM at the Market Committee office, Timergara. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the deadline.
