AUCTION: Market Fee Collection Rights Arifwala Mandi for Year 2026-27

Market Committee Arifwala is inviting sealed bids for the auction of market fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect market fees from various agricultural produce markets under the jurisdiction of the committee. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Arifwala on 02 September 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bidders must submit their applications and earnest money before the deadline. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting market fees as per the terms and conditions set by the committee for the period from 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027. Items being auctioned: - Market fee collection rights for Arifwala Mandi (Reserve price: Rs. 4,500,000, Earnest money: Rs. 450,000) - Market fee collection rights for Chicha Watni Mandi (Reserve price: Rs. 14,000,000, Earnest money: Rs. 1,400,000) The technical scope includes the collection of market fees from all notified agricultural produce markets, ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the Market Committee. The successful bidder must deposit the earnest money through pay order or bank draft in favor of the Market Committee Arifwala. Only those bidders who are not defaulters of any market committee and have not been blacklisted are eligible to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, including the requirement to submit a CDR or pay order as earnest money.
