NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the bid amount in cash or CDR in favour of the Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 110, Abbottabad. Bids without earnest money will not be entertained. Applicable government taxes are the buyer responsibility. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid value on the spot and collect the purchased items at their own expense within seven days of award. Inspection is available from 0900 to 1400 hours, except Friday and Sunday. Sealed financial proposals must reach the Store Department, P.O. Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad, by **1100 hours on 31 August 2026**. Bids will open at **1130 hours the same day**. Practical tip: inspect every item before bidding because sales are final on an as-is, where-is basis.
