AUCTION: Miscellaneous Items at University of Education Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Education, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the auction of miscellaneous items located at the Division of Education, College Road, Township, Lahore. Interested individuals, parties, and firms can obtain auction documents from the Accounts Office, Division of Education, University of Education, Lahore. The auction is conducted lot-wise, allowing bidders to bid on specific lots individually. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Machinery & Equipment including AC Outdoor, Indoor Unit & Miscellaneous Items (KG=603) - Lot 2: Answer Sheets, Thesis and Old Issues of JREE including Used Answer Sheets (KG=4200), Thesis (KG=250), JREE (KG=373) - Lot 3: Iron, Aluminum, Batteries (with Cables) and Other Items including Iron & Aluminum (KG=422), Batteries (with Cables) (KG=162), Tyres, Vehicle Items, Electric & Other Items (KG=1014) The auction requires bidders to submit a refundable security deposit for each lot as specified. Bids must be submitted by hand or registered courier to the designated office by 4 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. The auction will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must quote separate prices for each lot; lump-sum bids covering multiple lots are not accepted. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules and auction policy. Bidding documents can be obtained during office hours from the Accounts Office, Division of Education, University of Education, Lahore. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Pay Order for the security deposit is correctly drawn in favor of the Director, Division of Education, and submit it along with your bid to avoid disqualification.
