Tender Description
The Military Lands and Cantonment Department through Cantonment Board Clifton Karachi is conducting an open public auction for the sale of miscellaneous unserviceable and old materials from various branches of the Board. This auction will be held on an AS IS WHERE IS basis at the Cantonment Board Clifton office located at CC-38, Street 10, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA Karachi. The auction is scheduled for the 2nd of June, 2026, with subsequent auctions planned on the 3rd of June and a third date if required, all commencing at 11:30 am. Interested bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and are required to deposit an earnest money amounting to Rs. 500,000 in the form of pay orders in favor of Cantonment Board Clifton. The auction process demands that the successful bidder pays one-fourth of the total bid amount immediately at the fall of the hammer, with the balance payable within three days upon approval by the Board. All applicable government taxes must be paid in addition to the bid amount. Bidders should provide valid CNICs, office addresses, telephone or cell numbers, and email or fax contacts.
