AUCTION: Motor Vehicles by National Foods Limited Karachi and Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. National Foods Limited is offering an auction of motor vehicles located in Karachi and Faisalabad. Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles on an "as is, where is" basis from Monday, 21 September 2026 to Thursday, 24 September 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the specified locations. Items being auctioned: - Hyundai Elantra GLS (Qty: 1, Model: 2022) - KIA Picanto AT (Qty: 1, Model: 2022) - KIA Picanto AT (Qty: 1, Model: 2023) - Toyota Fortuner 4x4 Petrol 2700CC (Qty: 1, Model: 2024) - Toyota Fortuner 4x4 Petrol 2700CC (Qty: 1, Model: 2023) - KIA Picanto AT (Qty: 1, Model: 2023) - Suzuki Alto VXR (Qty: 6, Model: 2023) The vehicles are available at two locations: National Foods Limited, 12/CL-6, Claremont Road, Civil Lines, Karachi, and National Foods Limited, Plot # 346, 347, Phase II M3 Industrial City, FIEDMC, Faisalabad. Bidders must submit bids on the prescribed Bid Form along with a photocopy of CNIC and an earnest money deposit equivalent to 10% of the bid amount in the form of a Pay Order in favor of National Foods Limited. Bids can be submitted at the mentioned addresses or placed in the designated box at the reception. Completed Bid Forms must be submitted by 30 September 2026. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened internally on 5 October 2026. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount along with applicable income tax within five working days of allotment. The vehicle will be handed over after completion of ownership transfer, which must be done within one week of allotment. National Foods Limited reserves the right to hold, postpone, or cancel the auction without assigning any reason. Bidders are responsible for the safe custody of the vehicle file after receiving it.
