Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Shalimar Recording & Broadcasting Company Limited (SRBCL) is under liquidation as per the order of the Hon'ble Islamabad High Court. M/S Easy World has been appointed as the official auctioneer to conduct an open auction for the movable and immovable assets of SRBCL located at various stations across Pakistan. The auction covers a wide range of assets including land and buildings, vehicles, TV & radio transmission and satellite equipment, diesel generators, transmission towers, furniture and fixtures, and office equipment.
Items being auctioned include:
- Land and Building
- Vehicles (Suzuki Bolan 2004-2015, Suzuki Cultus 2008-2015, L200 Van 2007-2008, Honda Civic 2005)
- TV & Radio Transmission & Satellite Equipment
- Diesel Generators
- Transmission Towers
- Furniture and Fixtures
- Office Equipment
The auction will be held at multiple locations on specified dates and times: Bahawalpur on 18 October 2026, Multan on 19 October 2026, Hyderabad & Larkana on 20 October 2026, Faisalabad on 21 October 2026, Daska on 22 October 2026, Islamabad on 24 & 25 October 2026, Peshawar on 27 October 2026, and Quetta on 31 October 2026. Each location will auction the assets listed for that site.
Interested bidders should visit the relevant SRBCL-ATV offices or stations 2 days before the scheduled auction date for inspection. The auction will be conducted between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the specified locations. The official liquidator reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to postpone or cancel the auction without assigning any reason.
Bidders are advised to prepare their Earnest Money and Pay Orders as per auction terms and ensure timely presence at the auction site. Inspecting assets beforehand is highly recommended to make informed bids.
This auction presents a unique opportunity to acquire diverse broadcasting and related assets from a reputed company under liquidation, spread across multiple cities in Pakistan.
