AUCTION: National Highway Authority Surplus and Unserviceable Items at Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction of unserviceable and surplus items located at the office of General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab North, NHA Lahore. This auction is held on an "As is Where is" basis, providing a valuable opportunity for bidders to acquire a diverse range of items from a reputable government authority in Lahore. Items being auctioned include: - Gantry (Length 54'2", Height 8'2", Width 3'3") - 41 Light Poles (Height 21') - Steel Scrap (Length 17'5") - Old Main Gate (Height 6') - 316 Vehicle Tyres - Vehicle Spare Parts (Scrap) - 102 Furniture Items (Tables, Chairs, Sofas, Beds, Mattresses etc.) - 58 Electric Items (Dispenser, Exhaust Fan, Heater, Stabilizer, Dryer, Walk Through Gate etc.) - 12 Computer Items - 10 AC Units (Indoor Split and Window AC) - 9 Cylinders / CNG / Fire Extinguishers - 2 Batteries (12V) - 12 Lab Items (Gas Stove, Tripod, Ranging Rod, Measuring Rod) - 2 Gate Hydraulics and AC Cabinets - 2 Total Station Machines - 3 Prism Metals - 1 Digital Camera - 3 Sokia Automatic Levels The auction will be conducted on Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 12:30 hours at the NHA Lahore office. Interested parties must obtain the auction documents and terms & conditions from the office of Deputy Director (Admin) Punjab-North, NHA Lahore during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable Rs. 1,000 demand draft or pay order in favor of National Highway Authority Receipt Account Punjab North Lahore. The security deposit of Rs. 50,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of National Highway Authority RMF-Security Deposit Account. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately on the spot and the remaining 75% within one week. Income tax and other applicable government taxes will be levied as per rules. Failure to deposit the remaining amount will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible re-auction of the items. Bidders are advised to inspect the items during office hours before the auction. No conveyance will be provided by NHA. All payments must be made via pay order or demand draft. Items must be removed within 15 days of permission; otherwise, a ground rent of 0.5% per day of the sale price will be charged.
