AUCTION: Official Vehicle and Motorbikes Disposal 2026-27 by Directorate General Pakistan Post Office Department

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Directorate General Pakistan Post Office Department invites interested firms, companies, and individuals to participate in an electronic auction for the disposal of official vehicles and motorbikes for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Eligible bidders include Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnership Firms, Private and Public Limited Companies, Holding Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, State Owned Enterprises (both Private and Public Limited), NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Items being auctioned: - Official Vehicles - Motorbikes The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available exclusively for registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders can search using Disposal Activity ID No. D10609. Manual bids will not be accepted; all participation must be online through EPADS accounts. The e-Auction will remain open until Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be reviewed and evaluated online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS system. For grievance redressal, a committee (GRC) has been constituted as per Regulation No. 26, with notifications available on the EPADS portal and the procuring agency's website if available. This auction provides a transparent and efficient platform for disposal of government assets, ensuring fair competition and compliance with regulatory requirements. Bidders are advised to carefully review all auction documents and ensure timely submission of bids through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
