Tender Description
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Karachi, is offering an auction for the disposal of official vehicles on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. This procurement opportunity is specifically for interested individuals, parties, or firms to bid on vehicles including a 2007 Toyota and a 2006 Suzuki located at TDAP regional offices in Quetta and Islamabad respectively. The vehicles can be inspected at the designated TDAP offices until 25th May 2026 during office hours. Bidders must download the tender documents free of cost from e-PADS, PPRA, or the official TDAP website. The auction process requires submission of bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of TDAP Karachi before the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS system by 11:00 AM on 26th May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. The highest bidders who exceed the reserve price will be awarded the vehicles. Full payment must be made via pay order to TDAP for vehicle delivery; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of earnest money and cancellation of the auction. All applicable taxes and duties will be collected from the highest bidder as per law. This auction is governed by PPRA Rule-33, allowing TDAP to accept, reject, or annul the bidding process. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding instructions and prepare their bids accordingly. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully inspect the vehicles at the specified locations before bidding to assess condition and avoid surprises post-purchase. This auction represents a valuable opportunity for suppliers and individuals seeking official vehicles through a transparent and regulated process managed by a federal authority.
