AUCTION: PARC/NARC Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) through its National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC) located at Park Road Islamabad invites Pakistani nationals to participate in an open auction for the sale of NARC vehicles on an 'as is where is' basis. The auction will be conducted electronically via EPADS 2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) and no physical bids will be accepted. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS platform to participate. Items being auctioned: - NARC/NARC vehicles (specific vehicle details and quantities are available on PPRA & EPADS or from the Assistant Director Transport office at NARC). Bidders are required to submit earnest money for each vehicle via Pay Order in favor of 'NARC, Ac # 4018303905, NBP, NIH Branch (code 1654) (FTN/NTN: 92011406-0)'. A scanned copy of the Pay Order must be uploaded on EPADS and the original must be physically submitted to the Director Procurement Office, NARC Islamabad before the closing date. Failure to submit the original earnest money instrument will result in disqualification. Physical inspection of vehicles is allowed at NARC from 27-08-2026 to 04-09-2026 during working hours. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing justification. Successful bidders will be liable to pay 18% GST on the quoted bid amount, plus 10% income tax if filer and 20% if non-filer. The closing date for submission of e-bids is 10-09-2026 at 10:30 am, with evaluation starting the same day at 11:00 am. No mobile calls or WhatsApp inquiries will be entertained. The highest offer on EPADS will win the auction. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission of all required documents and payments. Register early on EPADS to avoid last-minute issues and ensure compliance with all auction terms and conditions.
