AUCTION: Parking Fee Collection Rights at Bahawalpur Cantonment Board Sites 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Bahawalpur invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction of parking fee collection rights at designated parking sites within Bahawalpur Cantonment limits for the financial year. The auction will be held for the following sites and rights: Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand at Gulzar-e-Sadiq Park, Bahawalpur (Motorcycle: Rs. 20 per ticket, Car/Jeep/Rickshaw: Rs. 30 per ticket) - Parking Stand at Cantonment Board Office, Bahawalpur (Motorcycle: Rs. 40 per ticket) - Parking Stand at Satellite Town, Bahawalpur (Motorcycle: Rs. 60 per ticket, Rickshaw: Rs. 70 per ticket, Car/Jeep: Rs. 100 per ticket) The total reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 10,000,000. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect parking fees at the above sites for the specified period. Bidders must submit their sealed offers along with a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order equivalent to the earnest money by the deadline. Only those with valid CNICs and no outstanding dues with the Cantonment Board are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the bidders on 10 September 2026 at the Cantonment Board office. The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately, with the balance payable as per the terms outlined in the notice.
