AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights for Ticketing System and Parking Fee Collection at Company Bagh, Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27

Horticulture Agency Jhelum invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights of the ticketing system and parking fee collection at Company Bagh, Jhelum for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to operate the ticketing and parking fee collection system at one of the city's prominent public parks, under the supervision of the agency. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the entire ticketing and parking fee collection process for a period of one year, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions set by the agency. Items being auctioned: - Annual lease rights for ticketing system and parking fee collection at Company Bagh, Jhelum (1 year) - Reserve price: Rs. 2,500,000 - Estimated annual value: Rs. 25,000,000 - Earnest money: 10% of reserve price The technical scope includes the complete management of the ticketing booth, issuance of tickets, collection of parking fees, and maintenance of proper records as per the agency's requirements. The operator must ensure smooth operations and customer facilitation throughout the lease period. All interested parties must submit their sealed bids along with the required earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Jhelum. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar public facility management or fee collection contracts will be considered an advantage. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Jhelum, by 10:00 AM on 14.09.2026. The auction will be conducted at the same venue.
