Items being auctioned: - Parking Site No. 73 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 7,280,000 - Parking Site No. 74 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 9,100,000 - Parking Site No. 75 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 7,280,000 - Parking Site No. 76 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 38,500,000 - Parking Site No. 77 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 10,500,000 - Parking Site No. 78 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 8,400,000 - Parking Site No. 81 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 10,500,000 - Parking Site No. 82 (A/SA-ONE), reserve price Rs. 10,500,000 Each parking site is offered with a specified reserve price, and the successful bidder will be granted lease rights for the respective site. The technical scope includes management and operation of the parking area as per club regulations. Bidders must submit a pay order or CDR equivalent to 25% of the reserve price as earnest money along with their bid. Valid CNIC and relevant experience in parking management are required. The deadline for submission of bids is 20 October 2023 at the Karachi Bar Club office. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
