Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Pattoki, District Kasur, invites sealed bids for the lease rights of three key parking sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Pattoki. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following parking sites:
- Rai Wind Road Parking Site (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,20,000, Annual Value: Rs. 2,20,000, Lease Period: 30.06.2027 to 01.09.2026)
- Sadar Bazar Parking Site (Reserve Price: Rs. 33,400, Annual Value: Rs. 33,400, Lease Period: 30.06.2027 to 01.09.2026)
- Chungi No. 4 Parking Site (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,590, Annual Value: Rs. 4,590, Lease Period: 30.06.2027 to 01.09.2026)
The auction is open to all eligible bidders who fulfill the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit the required earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR before participating. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full lease amount as per the schedule and abide by all municipal regulations regarding parking management. The lease period for each site is clearly mentioned above, and the rights will be awarded for the specified duration only.
Bidders are advised to visit the parking sites in advance to assess the location and potential revenue. All bids must be submitted in person at the Municipal Committee Pattoki office before the auction time.
