AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand at Baldia Road, Layyah for FY 2026-27

Municipal Committee Layyah invites bids for the lease rights of the parking stand located at Baldia Road, Layyah for the financial year 2026-27. This e-auction is being conducted to grant the successful bidder the exclusive right to operate and collect parking fees at the specified location for the stated period. The auction is open to all eligible parties who meet the requirements set forth by the Municipal Committee. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of Parking Stand at Baldia Road, Layyah (Reserve Price: Rs. 399,050, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand, ensuring proper fee collection, maintenance of order, and adherence to municipal regulations.
