AUCTION: Parking Fee General Bus Stand Lachi and Water Rate Lachi Collection Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Lachi invites bids through e-auction for the collection rights of parking fee at General Bus Stand Lachi and water rate (without arrear) for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is being conducted online via the Baldia/e-auction System (www.cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk) for a contract period of 9 months, from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process for the following contracts: - Parking Fee, General Bus Stand Lachi (Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000, Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027, 9 months) - Water Rate Lachi (Without Arrear) (Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000, Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027, 9 months) The first round of e-auction will be held from Sep 29 to Sep 30, 2026, 09:00AM to 04:00PM. If required, a second round will be held from Oct 5 to Oct 7, 2026, 09:00AM to 04:00PM. Bidders must deposit 5% of the reserve price as Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of TMA Lachi. Only those registered on the Baldia/e-auction portal with valid login credentials will be eligible to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 15% of the annual contract value within 15 days of approval, with the remaining amount payable in three equal installments. Eligibility requires valid CNIC, registration on the e-auction portal, and compliance with all terms and conditions. Blacklisted or defaulter contractors are ineligible. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. A practical tip: Ensure your Earnest Money CDR is prepared and submitted well before the auction date to avoid last-minute technical or banking delays, as only timely deposits will be accepted for participation.
