AUCTION: Pharmacy Premises Situated in Balochistan Institute of Child Health Services Quetta

The Balochistan Institute of Child Health Services, Quetta (BICHQ) invites well-reputed and registered firms, medical stores, and suppliers engaged in the business of medicines to participate in the auction for running the BICHQ Pharmacy situated within its premises at Quarry Road, Quetta. The auction requires bidders to meet strict eligibility criteria and terms & conditions as detailed in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Pharmacy premises located in BICHQ The auction includes a comprehensive set of eligibility requirements such as a valid Drug Sales License from the Health Department/DRAP, DRAP registration of items, CNIC of owner/director, minimum 15 years continuous experience running a pharmacy outlet inside a 200+ bed government, tertiary care, or army hospital, qualified pharmacist details, rent/auction value offer for a minimum of 12 months, tax returns for last 3 years, FBR registration and ATL listing, professional tax certificate, financial soundness with audited bank turnover of at least PKR 150 million over last 3 financial years, active bank account, bid security of Rs. 1 million in form of pay order/CDR, performance guarantee of 10% of quoted auction value, ISO 9001:2015 certification, security clearance affidavit, emergency response timelines, backup warehouse reserve, shelf-life compliance, cold chain maintenance, CCTV and digital billing system, vendor stock responsibility, prohibition of subletting, prescription alteration prohibition, mandatory on-site visit, company profile and hierarchy, and unconditional acceptance of terms. The auction process is sustainable and repeatable with work orders granted after comparative assessment and approval. The minimum bid value is set at Rs. 3,000,000/-. Payment of the auction amount must be submitted to the BICHQ account by the 5th of each month with no delay accepted. The highest sustainable rent/month must be offered and sustained for at least 12 months. The submission deadline is **22 September 2026**, no later than **11:00 AM** at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, BICHQ. Auction documents will be opened on the same day at **12:00 Noon** in the presence of the Hospital Procurement Committee and CEO at the Conference Room, BICHQ Admin Block, Patel Bagh, Quarry Road, Quetta. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and to conduct the mandatory on-site visit prior to bidding. Earnest Money in the form of a fixed bid security of Rs. 1,000,000/- is required.
