Auction of Photocopy

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Education Faisalabad Campus invites sealed tenders/bids from experienced firms registered with Income Tax Department and Punjab Revenue Authority for the auction of photocopy services. The auction is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Rule No. 38 2(a)). Items being auctioned: - Photocopy service rights The tender documents are available immediately after publishing and can be obtained from the Accounts Office, University of Education, Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, College Road, Samanabad Faisalabad from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Monday to Friday upon depositing a tender fee of Rs. 1000 in the BOP Samanabad Faisalabad through challan or Pay Order in favor of Principal University of Education Faisalabad Campus or College General Fund Account No. 6510120301800048 at Bank of Punjab, Samanabad Branch Faisalabad. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Principal University of Education Faisalabad Campus is mandatory with the bid. Bids without supporting documents, valid documentary evidence, or not conforming to terms will be rejected. The closing time of bids will be strictly observed, and no bids will be entertained after the deadline. The Auction Committee reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule No. 35.
