The Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan has announced a public auction of mortgaged property in execution proceedings involving Bank of Punjab versus M/s Shabeer Feed Mills (Pvt) Ltd and others. The asset is located at Chak No. 4, TDA, Mitha Tawan-Adhi Kot Road, near Kamra Bridge, Tehsil Quaidabad, District Khushab, with Khewat No. 09, Khatooni Nos. 20 to 21 and registered Sale Deed No. 104/1. The property comprises 12 Kanal land and a poultry shed, generator shed, general store, record rooms, covered area of approximately 36,089 square feet, boundary walls, overhead water tanks, water channels and related civil works.
