Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau Regional Bureau NAB (Islamabad / Rawalpindi) is conducting an auction for the sale of property located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This auction is a unique opportunity for interested bidders to acquire government-owned assets through a transparent and regulated process. The auction requires submission of an application along with a token money deposit in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit favoring the Chairman NAB. Bidders must provide detailed personal information including CNIC copies and contact details. If a bidder cannot participate personally, a special power of attorney must be submitted to authorize a representative to bid on their behalf.
The auction process includes mandatory submission of an undertaking on stamp paper, attested by a Notary Public, Magistrate, or Civil Judge, confirming the bidder's commitment to payment schedules and acceptance of terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of earnest money and legal action. The auction will be held on the 6th of July, 2026, with submissions closing at 11:00 am. Interested parties should ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
Eligibility to participate requires valid CNIC, submission of earnest money, and adherence to auction terms. No specific PEC category or FBR registration is mandated for this auction. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and prepare all documentation in advance. The auction is managed by the NAB Regional Bureau, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the power of attorney, if used, is properly attested and includes all necessary details to avoid rejection. Early submission of documents and earnest money is recommended to prevent last-minute issues. This auction represents a significant opportunity for investors and individuals seeking government property in Islamabad and Rawalpindi under the supervision of the National Accountability Bureau.
