The Goods Sheds at Mardan vary in size from 200 to 1250 square feet. The vending stalls at Attock City include tea and cold drinks, general store, and canteen/rail café facilities. The contract requires bidders to provide a 20% annual increase for Mardan sheds and 15% for Attock stalls. Bid security amounts range from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 100,000 depending on the portion. Interested bidders can purchase application forms from the Commercial Branch D.S office Peshawar by paying Rs. 5,000 for Canteen/Rail Café and Goods Sheds at Mardan, and Rs. 3,000 for vending stalls at Attock City. The forms are available until 15.08.2026 at 14:00 hours. Completed applications must be submitted by 17.08.2026 at the same office. The auction will be held on 18.08.2026 at 09:00 AM. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including valid registration and financial capability. Earnest Money in the form of bid security is mandatory. The highest bidder for Goods Sheds must pay 50% of the bid amount in advance along with a 50% performance guarantee. The remaining amount is payable in 10 equal installments after contract approval. Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
