AUCTION: Rest House at Tariq Road Peshawar Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Peshawar invites interested parties to participate in the auction of its Rest House located at Tariq Road, Peshawar Cantt. This Rest House is newly constructed with an attractive design and comprises 09 Bed Rooms with attached Wash Room, Kitchen, TV Lounge, and Car Parking, covering an area of 10304.82 Sq. Ft. (37.85 Marla). The auction is for a tenancy right period of five years with terms and conditions outlined by the Board. Items being auctioned: - Rest House at Tariq Road, Peshawar Cantt (09 Bed Rooms, Wash Room, Kitchen, TV Lounge, Car Parking) The successful bidder will be required to deposit Rs. 10,000,000 as Call Deposit/Bank Draft before bidding. After approval, a refundable security deposit of 3 months' advance rent must be submitted within 7 days. The monthly rent will be the bid amount, with a 10% annual increase. The tenancy rights period is 5 years, extendable for another 5 years with Board approval. The bidder must execute a written tenancy agreement within 15 days of approval and will bear all repair and maintenance costs. Electricity, transformer, Sui Gas, and telephone connections are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Monthly rent must be paid in advance by the 5th of each month. Eligibility includes no blacklisting or defaulting with Cantonment Board Peshawar or any other institution. Failure to pay rent or security deposits will result in cancellation of tenancy rights and forfeiture of deposits. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject bids and resolve disputes through arbitration. The auction will be held on 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Cantonment Board Peshawar, 5 Khalil Road, Peshawar Cantt. In case of no bidding or re-bidding, a second auction will be held on 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders should submit their bids along with required documents to the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Peshawar before the auction.
