AUCTION: Retired Vehicles and Scrap Material by SSGC LPG Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. SSGC LPG Limited (SLL) invites sealed bids for an open competitive auction of retired vehicles and scrap material on an 'as is where is' basis effective September 02, 2026. The auction includes the following items: - Suzuki Cultus Model 2018 (Vehicle No. BNL-219) located at Head Office Karachi - Suzuki Cultus Model 2018 (Vehicle No. BNL-220) located at Head Office Karachi - Suzuki Cultus Model 2016 (Vehicle No. ABS-595) located at Head Office Karachi - Suzuki Mehran VXR Model 2018 (Vehicle No. BNC-809) located at Head Office Karachi - Suzuki Mehran Model 2018 (Vehicle No. BLY-039) located at Lahore - Suzuki Bolan Model 2018 (Vehicle No. CX-5521) located at Head Office Karachi - Toyota Hilux Model 2018 (Vehicle No. CX-9511) located at Head Office Karachi - Honda City MT Model 2013 (Vehicle No. AZS-702) located at Islamabad Pool - Suzuki Cultus VXL Model 2017 (Vehicle No. BLH-097) located at Head Office Karachi - Master Foton Model 2020 (Vehicle No. JZ-6439) located at Head Office Karachi - Suzuki Ravi Model 2018 (Vehicle No. KW-5345) located at Head Office Karachi - Scrape Material located at Head Office Karachi - Scrape Material located at SLL Port Qasim Plant The auction covers used vehicles and scrap material available at various locations including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Bidders must inspect items at their own risk and cost. Auction documents can be obtained from the Procurement Department of SSGC LPG Ltd. between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM from August 19, 2026, to September 01, 2026. Mandatory requirements include a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 payable via Pay Order, two recent passport-size photographs, two CNIC copies, and for companies, nomination on original letterhead with NTN/GST copies. Sealed bids must be submitted in the tender box at SSGC LPG Ltd Head Office by September 02, 2026, at 15:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 15:30 hours. The company reserves the right to reject or decline any or all bids without explanation. Interested bidders must also submit a token money/bid bond of PKR 200,000 for lots 1-9 and PKR 100,000 for lots 10-13 via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction documents and ensure all mandatory requirements are met to avoid disqualification. Early acquisition of auction documents is recommended to allow sufficient time for preparation.
