The auction will be held on 20 September 2026 at 09:00 AM at the office of Lahore Parking Company, 41-B, Township, Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Motorcycle Single Parking License (Reserve Price: Rs. 150,000, Annual Value: Rs. 1,500,000, Monthly Value: Rs. 125,000) - Motorcycle Parking License (Reserve Price: Rs. 150,000, Annual Value: Rs. 1,500,000, Monthly Value: Rs. 125,000) The technical scope includes the management and collection of parking fees from the designated Sahulat Bazar parking area. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, compliance with all relevant regulations, and timely payment of the agreed license fee to Lahore Parking Company. Bidders must bring original CNIC and a pay order or CDR equivalent to the reserve price as earnest money. Only those present at the time of auction will be eligible to participate.
