AUCTION: Sale and Disposal of Standing and Fallen Trees at Govt. Postgraduate College Charsadda

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Govt. Postgraduate College Charsadda is inviting eligible participants to take part in an Open Public Auction for the sale and disposal of standing and fallen trees located within the college premises in Charsadda. The auction will be held on 18-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the college premises. Items being auctioned: - Eucalyptus: 35 trees, 1,240.22 Cft, Rate Rs. 340/Cft, Estimated Value Rs. 421,674.8 - Ber: 1 tree, 11.50 Cft, Rate Rs. 120/Cft, Estimated Value Rs. 1,380 - Shisham: 14 trees, 198.98 Cft, Rate Rs. 900/Cft, Estimated Value Rs. 179,082 - Ailanthus: 1 tree, 23.80 Cft, Rate Rs. 100/Cft, Estimated Value Rs. 2,380 The total estimated value of the trees is Rs. 604,516.8. The auction will be conducted openly with successive offers recorded by the Auction Committee. The highest responsive offer will be accepted and the successful bidder will receive an acceptance/award letter after approval. Participants must provide a copy of valid CNIC, NTN/tax registration documents if applicable, firm/company registration documents if applicable, participation security of Rs. 60,000, and an authority letter if bidding on behalf of another person or firm. Prospective bidders may inspect the trees and site before the auction to satisfy themselves regarding condition, location, and quantity. The successful bidder must deposit the accepted sale amount within the specified period and arrange for cutting, removal, loading, and transportation at their own cost. Applicable taxes and duties will be charged as per existing rates. Any damage to college property during removal must be repaired by the purchaser. All timber, branches, and debris must be removed and the site left clean. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in accordance with applicable rules. The auction will be conducted transparently in the presence of the Auction Committee and bidders. All matters not covered will be dealt with under Government, KP-PPRA, and Forest Department rules. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the trees and understand the terms before participating to avoid any disputes. Timely submission of participation security and required documents is essential to qualify for the auction.
