The Official Liquidator of SME Bank Ltd (IOL) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and sale of a property located at House No 45, Block C/3, Gulberg-III, Lahore. The property measures 4 Kanals, 7 Marals, and 113 Sq ft and is offered on an 'as is where is' basis. This auction is conducted under the direction of the Islamabad High Court and is subject to its confirmation. Items being auctioned: - Property at House No 45, Block C/3, Gulberg-III, Lahore measuring 4 Kanals, 7 Marals & 113 Sq ft Interested bidders can obtain further details regarding ownership documents and property status from Mr Rashid-ul-Ghafoor, In-Charge Service Division, SME Bank Ltd (IOL) Head Office, Islamabad. The earnest money required is a Pay Order or Bank Draft of Rs. 10 million in favor of SME Bank Ltd, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. No bid will be accepted without this earnest money. Sealed bids must be submitted by post or by hand on or before November 05, 2026, up to 03:30 pm and will be opened the same day at 04:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Bid for Auction of Lahore Property' and 'Confidential', including CNIC copy, complete address, and contact numbers. If the bidder is a company or firm, the bid must be signed by an authorized representative. Successful bidders must comply with payment schedules or face penalties including forfeiture of earnest money as per terms and conditions. Bids remain valid for 60 days from opening date. Pay Orders/Demand Drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be released within 60 days.
