AUCTION: Salvage Vehicles, Machines and Misc Stores (Scrap) at PAC Kamra Attock

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. An open public auction is announced by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra located in Attock for salvage vehicles, machines, and miscellaneous stores classified as scrap. The auction will be held at the Logistic Squadron, Avionics Production Factory, PAC Kamra on 27 October 2026 (Tuesday) at 1030 hrs on an 'AS IS WHERE IS BASIS'. Interested parties are invited to participate. Items being auctioned include salvage vehicles, machines, and miscellaneous scrap stores. Inspection of these items will be allowed at 0930 hrs on the auction day. The auction terms specify that all vehicles and lots will be sold without any warranty or guarantee, strictly on an 'as is where is' basis. Participants must present original computerized national ID cards and undergo police verification for entry into PAC premises. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid value on the spot, with the remaining 75% plus sales tax payable within six working days, failing which the down payment will be forfeited. All applicable taxes including General Sales Tax must be paid by the buyers. Additionally, successful bidders must remove their lots from PAC premises within 11 working days. The auction will be conducted through an approved government auctioneer. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to change the auction date and time without prior notice. For security reasons, carrying mobile phones, smart watches, cameras, electronic gadgets, and any type of arms (licensed or unlicensed) is strictly prohibited inside PAC premises.
