AUCTION: Scrap Material from 10 Booths at Gawadar Fish Harbour on 7 September 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Gwadar Fish Harbour Auction Board invites interested parties to participate in a public auction of scrap material from 10 different booths at Gwadar Fish Harbour on 7 September 2026. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and companies, including government-registered scrap dealers. The auction will be conducted at the harbour premises, and participants must bring their original CNIC, a copy of their CNIC, and two passport-size photographs. The reserve price for each booth is set at Rs. 40,000, and a draft of this amount must be deposited in the name of the Auction Board. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full amount as per the auction terms and conditions. Items being auctioned: - Scrap material from Booth 1 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 2 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 3 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 4 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 5 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 6 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 7 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 8 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 9 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) - Scrap material from Booth 10 (reserve price Rs. 40,000) The technical scope includes the removal and collection of all scrap items from the specified booths within five days of the auction. All scrap must be cleared in accordance with the board's instructions, and the site must be left clean. Only those who deposit the earnest money draft will be allowed to participate. The auction board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the scrap material in advance and ensure all documentation is complete before the auction date.
