Auction of Scrap Hard Drives IT Equipment

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad is conducting an auction for technical items located at Plot No. 30,31 Mauve Area G 10/4 Islamabad. Bidders must submit their bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System (EPADS) by 28th July 2026 at or before 11:00 pm. The auction bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 pm. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, proof of active taxpayer status, Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 8000/- in the name of 'NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Islamabad', a fresh affidavit confirming no blacklisting, and completely filled auction documents. Manual bids will not be accepted. The highest bid will be selected subject to eligibility and responsiveness. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the same day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Removal of stores must be completed within 48 hours of full payment, failing which demurrage charges of 2% per day will apply.
