AUCTION: Scrap Items, Iron, Aluminium, Plastic, General Items at Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur invites interested parties to participate in a public auction of various scrap and unserviceable items. The auction will be held at the hospital premises in Bahawalpur, providing an opportunity for bidders to acquire surplus materials no longer required by the hospital. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Items being auctioned: - Iron scrap - Aluminium scrap - Plastic scrap - General items The total key amount for participation in the auction is set at **PKR 100,000**. The auction will take place on **21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM** at Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and a pay order or call deposit receipt (CDR) as earnest money, which is refundable for unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated time frame. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid. All participants must register by submitting a non-refundable fee of **PKR 1,000** at HBL, QAMC Branch, Bahawalpur. Only registered bidders will be allowed to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. In case of any dispute, the decision of the hospital administration will be final and binding.
