AUCTION: Scrap, Unserviceable Items and Miscellaneous Goods at Station Court Sheikhupura

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District and Sessions Court Sheikhupura is conducting an open auction for the disposal of scrap, unserviceable items, and miscellaneous goods. The auction will be held at the premises of Station Court Sheikhupura on 11 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Scrap items - Unserviceable goods - Miscellaneous items (details available at the auction site) The total reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 50,000. All items will be available for inspection prior to the auction, and the successful bidder will be required to deposit a non-refundable earnest money of Rs. 10,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft. The winning bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated period. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid. Participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit to be eligible for bidding. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the successful bidder. The auctioned items must be removed from the premises within the specified timeframe after full payment is made. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the items thoroughly before the auction date and clarify any queries with the auction committee to avoid misunderstandings regarding the condition or quantity of goods.
