Auction of Scrap Vehicles and Used Mobile Oil at WSSP Peshawar

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) is offering an open auction for disposal of scrap vehicles and used mobile oil located at WSSP parking yards in Zones A, B, C, and D. The auction will be conducted on an "AS IS WHERE IT IS" basis, ensuring transparency and fair competition for interested bidders in Peshawar. Items being procured: - 11 Nos of various scrapped vehicles - Used mobile oil The auction for scrapped vehicles is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 11:00 am at WSSP Zone A parking yard near Prime Hospital, Warsak Road, Peshawar. The auction for used mobile oil will be held on August 17, 2026, at the same time and location. Interested bidders must submit a call deposit as bid security in the name of "WSSP Contract's Securities" at Bank of Khyber Phase-III Chowk Hayatabad before the auction date. The call deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction process. Bidders are advised to inspect the scrap at the specified location prior to the auction date and bring a copy of their CNIC and CDR at the time of registration. The highest ranked bidder must deposit one-fourth of the bid amount on the auction day via Demand Draft, CDR, or cash deposit directly into WSSP BoK Bank Account# 3000823995. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the security amount. The remaining bid amount must be deposited within 7 days of bid approval. All vehicles are scrapped and no registration documents will be provided. The successful bidder is responsible for collecting the auctioned scrap material immediately after award and clearing the site within 10-15 working days to avoid penalties.
