The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) at Custom House, Airport Road, Quetta is conducting an open auction for seized perishable goods. This auction is scheduled to take place on 24th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Custom House, Quetta. Interested bidders are invited to participate under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1969 and the related rules issued under SRO 450(1)/2001 dated 18.06.2001. Items being procured: - Seized Perishable Goods The auction involves the sale of confiscated perishable goods held by the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement. Bidders should note that the goods can be inspected during office hours at the specified location prior to the auction. The auction will be conducted strictly in accordance with the Customs Act and related rules. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 75% payable within seven days after the display of the approved lots list on the notice board. Additionally, only NTN holders must deposit 10% of the bid amount as advance Income Tax separately. Eligibility criteria include depositing a refundable call deposit of Rs. 25,000 in favor of the Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta before participation. Bidders must bring their original Computerized National Identity Card on the auction day. The Collectorate reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons. If the auction is not completed on the scheduled day, it may continue the next day until all lots are finalized. The auction is a unique opportunity for suppliers and traders in Quetta and surrounding areas to acquire perishable goods through a transparent and regulated process. Bidders should ensure timely submission of their bids and compliance with all auction conditions to avoid disqualification.
