AUCTION: Surplus, Scrapped, Unserviceable Goods, Machinery, Equipment, Spare Parts, Stores, Stocks at Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Institutions Sahiwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Institutions Sahiwal are offering an open auction for surplus, scrapped, unserviceable goods, machinery and equipment, spare parts, stores, stocks, and miscellaneous items lying at various offices of the institution on an as-is and where-is basis. Interested firms and persons can physically inspect the items during office hours from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The auction will be held at 11:00 AM in Sahiwal Medical College and at 01:00 PM in Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, College of Nursing, and Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology on scheduled dates. Dates of auction are 12-10-2026, 14-12-2026, 15-02-2027, 12-04-2027, 10-05-2027, and 26-06-2027. Items being auctioned include surplus and scrapped machinery, equipment, spare parts, stores, stocks, and miscellaneous goods. The auction is open to all citizens and firms of Pakistan except employees of the health department and their relatives. Participants must deposit Rs. 30,000 as security along with a copy of CNIC by 10:00 AM on the auction day. The highest bidder will be declared successful and must deposit 25% of the auction amount immediately. Income tax and GST will be deducted as per filer or non-filer status at revised government rates. Successful bidders must lift their acquired goods within five days of the auction. Failure to deposit the full amount within five days will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the second highest bidder being declared successful. Participants must bring original CNIC and, if a firm, an authority letter. The auction committee reserves the right to cancel the auction without reason. Only one person per participant is allowed. The relevant Punjab government rules apply. Bidders should carefully inspect items beforehand and ensure timely deposit of security and payments to avoid disqualification. Physical presence on auction dates is mandatory for participation.
