AUCTION: Timber Lotting at Jungle Compartment Number 5 Allai, Battagram

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The JFMC Terkana Jungle Compartment Number 5 Allai Battagram is inviting sealed bids for the auction of timber lotting from the designated forest compartment. The auction will be held at the site near DFO office, Thakot Market, Koharabad, on 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties must reach the DFO office on the specified date and time to participate in the open auction. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the DFO, Range Officer, and the Chairman of JFMC Terkana. All expenses related to the auction process will be borne by the successful bidder. The timber will be handed over only after full payment and completion of all formalities as per JFMC and forest department rules. Items being auctioned: - Timber lot from Jungle Compartment Number 5 Allai Battagram (Quantity: 3675 cubic feet, Conversion: 14056.56 cft, Security Deposit: Rs. 50000) The technical scope includes the extraction and removal of timber as per the specified quantity and conversion factor. Only those bidders who deposit the required security amount of Rs. 50000 in advance will be eligible to participate. The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount as per the auction rules. All taxes and government dues will be applicable as per prevailing laws. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to bring their original CNIC and proof of security deposit on the day of the auction. For a better chance of success, ensure you inspect the timber lot in advance and clarify any queries with the JFMC Chairman before the auction date. The auction will not be repeated if the lot remains unsold on the scheduled date.
